Responsibilities

• Train in Residential Closing
• Examine closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Analyze title abstracts, trusts, and probate documents for clarity and validity.
• Facilitate real estate closings by representing lenders, buyers, and sellers.
• Work closely with clients

• A JD and Barred in Georgia
• Strong communication skills
