In-house opportunity available with a prominent real estate development company for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Responsibilities

• MUST have commercial real estate and leasing experience
• Expert in commercial real estate transactions, preparation and negotiation of purchase/sale agreements and commercial leases.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, commercial loan and financing documents, entity formation, etc.
• Excellent research, organizational, communication, presentation, and legal writing skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in a U.S. state or territory
• 4+ years of real estate experience at a law firm or in-house.
