Job Description :
To drive the design and development of innovative solutions for customer-driven challenges involving ruggedized miniature electro-mechanical systems, systems for harsh environments (e.g., high-g, high-temperature, high-vibration), robotics, and autonomous systems. This role contributes to developing cutting-edge technologies for missions critical to national interests.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the performance, functionality, and durability of hardware products.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware products to ensure compliance with specifications, requirements, and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware defects; implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
- Contribute to requirements development, propose solutions, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Perform analytical modeling and finite element analysis of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Provide insights and suggest design modifications based on analysis outcomes, applying techniques across various technical disciplines.
- Identify program/system-level technical risks and develop/execute mitigation strategies.
- Mentor less experienced engineers, offering thoughtful and constructive feedback.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance (proof of US citizenship required).
