Job Description :
Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience with installation and configuration of Windows 7 & Windows 10.
• Hardware Refresh Experience.
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
• Knowledge of PXE Boot.
• Expertise in Desktop Troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in configuring Printers and Peripheral Devices (Scanners, Credit Card Readers, Signature Pads).
• Basic understanding of networking, telecom, and SCCM (a big plus).
