The HRIS Analyst will support the configuration, optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of the company’s HR systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Workday and have strong process optimization skills.

Responsibilities -

• Configure core HCM and related modules, including Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Entry/Time Off/Absence Management, Payroll, and Performance.
• Lead system functionality testing, resolve issues, and develop proof of concepts based on business needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create, edit, and prepare reports, analytics, and dashboards.
• Create core system elements according to internal HRIS SOPs, including cost centers, supervisory organizations, and locations.
• Conduct data integrity audits and generate development reports to provide analysis to functional teams, ensuring compliance with internal HR processes.
• Execute daily technical tasks accurately and timely, following best practices and standards within Workday.
• Monitor the HRIS team inbox and serve as the first point of contact for employee and functional leader inquiries and support requests.
• Support HR Transformation, project/program management, change management, and process improvement initiatives within Workday.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for HRIS requests by researching and troubleshooting support tickets, assisting with resolution with manager approval, and acting as a liaison with the requestor.
• Actively participate in the Workday community, advocate for the organization, and stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Workday and HCM systems.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources in an HRIS support function
• Hands on experience with HR technology – Workday experience is necessary
