What You’ll Do

? Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.

? Support leadership teams by offering insights on HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations, including investigations and performance management.

? Leverage HR data analytics to identify workforce trends, track key HR metrics, and develop actionable solutions to optimize team performance.

? Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps, implement training initiatives, and enhance leadership development programs.

? Lead employee engagement efforts by analyzing feedback and designing strategies that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture .

What You’ll Bring

? 10+ years of progressive HR experience , with at least 5 years in an HRBP or HR leadership role .

? HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is required to demonstrate expertise in industry best practices.

? Experience utilizing Workday for reporting and workforce data analysis.

? Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills , with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders.

? Strategic problem-solving abilities , with a data-driven approach to workforce planning and talent optimization.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and workforce insights.
