Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Experience in maintenance leadership within manufacturing.
• Expertise in Preventative Maintenance and reliability improvements.
• Proven Leadership Skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Adaptability to outdoor environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures and noise.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TPM Processes and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Experience using reliability metrics and analytics tools such as PowerBI or D365.
