Maintenance Manager – Outdoor Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance teams to achieve safety, reliability, and production goals.
• Implement strategies to reduce downtime and optimize performance.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, including compressors, boilers, and HVAC systems.
• Develop and train team members while enforcing safety standards.
• Respond to unexpected issues and support plant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong background in Preventative Maintenance and reliability improvements.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures and noise.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TPM processes and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Experience with reliability metrics and analytics tools like PowerBI or D365.
