Position Summary:

The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will assist with a variety of tasks, including discovery, appellate work, and ongoing personal injury cases. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team, assist with significant cases, and contribute to a well-respected firm’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
• Provide support in the preparation of appellate briefs and motions.
• Manage personal injury cases from start to finish, ensuring all aspects of the case are handled effectively.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support case strategies.
• Review, summarize, and organize case files and documents.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure the timely progression of cases.
• Assist in other litigation-related tasks as needed, including trial preparation and legal writing.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Familiarity with appellate processes and discovery procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in legal research and case management software.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
