Position Overview:

The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will be responsible for supporting the firm’s litigation team with discovery, appellate work, and personal injury cases. This position will allow you to contribute to a variety of tasks, assist with case management, and provide valuable legal support during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
• Provide legal support in preparing and filing appellate briefs.
• Manage and review case files for personal injury cases.
• Work closely with the team to prepare for hearings, motions, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Help with general case management and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, discovery procedures, and appellate practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Hybrid remote schedule with flexibility for in-office collaboration.
• Full-time and temporary position
