A well-regarded Commercial Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with at least 10 years of experience in general commercial and real estate litigation. This role focuses on managing real estate-related litigation, particularly in commercial mortgage foreclosures and secured creditor enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals.
• Represent clients in state and federal court, including mediations.
• Conduct due diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.

Qualifications:

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Extensive experience in real estate litigation.
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Excellent negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Superior organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• New York Bar admission required (New Jersey admission a plus).
• Bankruptcy experience is a plus.
