Client Summary -
We providing pressure vessels and steel tanks for production facilities in the earlies. We are also able to support the innovative needs of upstream and midstream processing equipment.
Responsibilities -
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to recognize material defects, areas of improvement, and other weaknesses in products
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Typical Functions -
- Directly supervises vessel shop and tank shop personnel.
- Provides input and information to assist in manufacturing production schedule.
- Monitors manufacturing process and ensure quality and accountability of subordinates.
- Assists inspectors to ensure all quality records for designated production area are completed.
- Notifies Production Manager and inspectors of all discrepancies that would otherwise delay production.
- Ensures the safety standards are followed.
- Monitors and maintains a supply of personal protective equipment for employees. Reports all Safety incidences.
- Assists employees to address and resolve concerns and complaints regarding job duties and description.
- Arranges and assists the Director of Operations in scheduling orientation for all new employees to include training of quality policy, employee requirements, and training for individual work instructions.
- Other duties as assigned.
