Job Summary:

A Database Services Cloud Data Solutions Architects responsibilities include

a Developing database solutions to store and retrieve the group information

b Evaluating and recommending database technologies platforms toolsand services for cloud environments

c Collaborating with database administrators developers analystsand other teams to ensure database performance securityavailability and scalability

d Document essential IT procedures policiesstandards reference architecture and best practices for database solutions

e Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in a project where a database service is required

a A bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field

b Proven experience as a database architect or a similar role

c Proficiency in cloud solution architecture specialized for Data platforms in AWS cloud environment

a Proficiency in databases such as Redshift DatabricksHDFS AWS EMR etc

b Proficiency in database languages such as SQLSpark Map Reduce etc

d Knowledge of database design architectureadministration and development principles and practices for on premises and cloud environments

e Familiarity with database security backup recoverymigration integration and optimization methods and tools

f Excellent analytical communicationleadership and problem solving skills

g Ability to work independently or as part of a team

h Ability to follow procedures guidesreference architecture and others and recommend or propose amendments when is required
