Job Summary:
The Delivery (Recruitment) Director will lead and support a team of Delivery Executives and support staff in providing recruitment services for hiring managers across multiple states. This role requires a strategic vision and strong advocacy for effective recruitment practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members.
- Oversee daily operations and workflow within the recruitment department.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR on employee discipline and termination in line with company policies.
- Establish and prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals that are aligned with the delivery team's KPIs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruit for senior-level roles across e-business, IT, operations, and management sectors.
- Create innovative strategies and programs to attract top talent.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team.
- Collaborate with leadership to share best practices, address critical hiring needs, and coordinate sales-level initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of three years in a management role required.
- At least five years of recruiting experience is needed, with a focus on technical recruiting.
- Preferred credentials include SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
- SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
