What You’ll Do: As a User Experience Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into exceptional user experiences. Your responsibilities include:

• Design & Prototype: Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that bring concepts to life.
• Advocate for the User: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct Research: Support user research activities like usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews to refine your designs.
• Foster Best Practices: Cultivate and share design knowledge to enhance team collaboration and drive innovative solutions.
• End-to-End Collaboration: Work with developers through implementation to ensure your designs are accurately realized.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Design (Experience Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related fields).
• Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing professional-caliber design work.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Axure, InVision, and Photoshop; knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Agility: Basic understanding of agile product development.
• Passion for Accessibility: Expertise in usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Exposure to Design Thinking principles and methodologies is a bonus.
