Endeavor has partnered with a well-capitalized, growing commercial real estate private equity firm with a national portfolio of multifamily assets and an AUM north of $2b in search of a talented Interior Designer to the construction team.

Responsibilities

Space Planning & Design

• Participate in design discussions, collaborate effectively in meetings, present design concepts, and contribute to the development of project scope at various stages of design.

Budgeting and Cost Estimates

• Understand project scopes, budgets, and cost estimates.

Coordination & Supervision of Project Construction

• Aid in coordination and design review with architectural and engineering consultants throughout various design phases until project completion. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of practical experience in interior design/architecture.
• Multi-family and hospitality project experiences highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related fields
• Deep knowledge of space planning, layout design, and aesthetic.
• Proficient in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Microsoft Project.
