A highly regarded, multi-office, national litigation defense law firm is urgently seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its rapidly expanding, Glendale, California office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client communication and advice as it relates to litigation risks and outcomes, legal rights and obligations, etc.
• Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, discovery, discovery responses, and motions for summary judgement
• Regularly attend court appearances
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
• Perform other duties pertaining to ongoing cases and legal matters

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Workers' Compensation Litigation, preferably 5+ years' experience
• Admitted to practice in the State of California and in good standing
• Excellent legal research abilities, written and oral communication skills
