Hotel Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping operations and maintain guest satisfaction and quality standards.
- Interview, train, and schedule staff.
- Monitor staff performance in adherence to policies and procedures.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Take inventory and submit orders to ensure supplies are purchased in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Skills
One year previous housekeeping supervisor experience required.
