Hotel Housekeeping Manager


Responsibilities

  • Manage housekeeping operations and maintain guest satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Interview, train, and schedule staff.
  • Monitor staff performance in adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
  • Take inventory and submit orders to ensure supplies are purchased in a timely manner.


Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.


Required Skills

One year previous housekeeping supervisor experience required.
