Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and evaluate entire production process for all shifts
• Ensure minimal waste and production cost without compromising safety & quality
• Oversight of production floor adherence to schedule and targets
• Develop and implement Lean manufacturing processes and procedures
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• 10+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing & Kaizen principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and managerial skills
• Working knowledge of health & safety regulation in accordance to the state, OSHA, ISO14001, & TS16949
• Interpersonal & communication skills must be exceptional
