The position involves taking an expert role to resolve problems, maintain managed Rubrik backup operations and, when necessary, to return system to operational status.

• Supporting and troubleshooting Rubrik backup, recovery and archiving in a large, complex and widely distributed environment, including AWS archival.
• Provide status and progress reports for Rubrik backup environment related activities and tasks on regular/periodic basis.
• Capability to upgrade Rubrik software across different versions and regular patching of Rubrik environment.
• Contribute Rubrik technical content to leading Deployment Guides, Knowledge Base, FAQ's etc.
• Basic knowledge & understanding of different types of Rubrik Backup failures, resolving them in collaboration with Rubrik support.
• Understanding of engaging Rubrik support and escalation of Rubrik issues.
• Must Have: -
• At least 6+ years of Enterprise Backup (Rubrik preferred, Veeam, Networker and Data Domain) troubleshooting or Administration experience.
• Certifications: - Certified in Rubrik
