Duties:
* Coordinate shipments with carriers
* Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide updates
* Complete necessary forms and updates to ensure customs clearance
* Book, track and manage process for cargo shipments via air and ocean

Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in similar role
* Experience with ocean import or air export
