PilieroMazza PLLC, a business law firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses, is seeking a labor and employment attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join its labor and employment practice. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a wide variety of labor and employment disciplines and work with some of the most established attorneys in the labor & employment and government contracts practice areas.

PilieroMazza’s labor & employment practice is diverse and growing in equal employment counseling and litigation, management-side labor, wage and hour, and executive compensation. Our attorneys practice in state, federal, and appellate courts, and advocate for clients before the EEOC, OFCCP, NLRB, and other administrative bodies.

• This position will handle federal and state EEO, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery and investigating claims
• Work directly with clients and other attorneys within the firm
• Must be able to work independently and have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills
