Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time position at our Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of the litigation process, including legal research, drafting documents, preparing cases, and participating in trials. You will play a critical role in supporting the firm's mission to provide exceptional legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law.
• Draft and review legal documents , including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.
• Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and manage case files.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in civil litigation procedures and laws.

Qualifications

• License: Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
• Experience: 3-5 years of prior experience in a law firm (preferred).
• Strong skills in legal research , writing , and case preparation .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment .
• Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures and laws .
