We are seeking a Operation Analyst highly motivated Industrial Engineering student or recent graduate to join our team as an Operations Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make an impact by optimizing and standardizing our operational processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Map and document existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and create standard operational workflows and work processes.
• Define and document roles and responsibilities for operational functions.
• Design and implement ERP standard job aids to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment.
• Provide support for process improvement initiatives and other related projects.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and flow mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent).
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and process mapping tools is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
