Pay rate: $27.60/hr to 33.20/hr
Shift: 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM
They have 5 levels of technicians and will start the employee at any of the 5 levels. Level is determined by a standard skills test they give them during the interview process. If they test at a level 3, they start them at that level.
Level 1- $27.60, Level 2- $29.00, Level 3- $30.40, Level 4- $31.80, Level 5- $33.20

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Quality Control Technician / CMM Programmer position is responsible for supporting the execution of quality management systems, procedures, and policies using metrology, and physical inspection. Conducts application and analysis testing and inspection of parts to ensure standards are met; uses same to develop, operate and improve quality control systems. Supports and advises management on all aspects of quality control.
- Develop and implement systems to ensure products are produced to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
- Perform CMM programming for all parts that require measurement using the CMM machine.
- Participate in the change management process to ensure the products continue to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional teams with other departments, business, and engineering disciplines.
- Establish the principles of product quality evaluation and control for the system.
- Provide independent oversight and review of deliverables throughout the lifecycle of each program.
- Assist management with the development and revision of quality programs.
- Assist in defining/developing quality program status indicators, performance measurements, and reporting requirements.
- Assists with implementing inspection plans, FTTQ, In-process, final inspection, sampling, and inspection acceptance criteria.
- Program and calibrate the coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Write programs to be efficient and minimize quality issues
- Write CMM programs to support inspection activities (as needed)
- Prepare detailed inspection documentation such as written descriptions of inspection results
- Investigate causes of dimensional deviations and recommend corrective actions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of quality control in manufacturing or CMM Programming
- Other metrology system experience (FARO, Keyence, Zeiss, Klingelnberg, Mitutoyo, etc.)
