Role: Family Law Attorney

Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid)

Our client seeks a passionate and dedicated Associate Family Law Attorney to join a fast-growing family law firm based in Orange County/Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in family law and the ability to handle a diverse caseload with precision, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and modifications.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound advice to clients.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar License.
• 2+ years of family law experience preferred, but candidates with strong litigation skills and a passion for family law will also be considered.
