We are a growing firm, looking for a Family Law Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 4+ years of experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience
• Family Law experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Texas

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle complex child custody disputes and divorces, including issues of domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health.
• Provide empathy and compassion for our clients, while also empowering them to take control of their own lives.
• Regularly represent clients in court including motions, hearings, and trials.
• Regularly represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.
• Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.
