Job Description

Eleven Recruiting is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, and offer opportunities for improvement. This role is located onsite 5 days a week in Cary, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will drive measurement, prioritization, and implementation of identified opportunities while working closely with Product Owners to deliver strategy, product roadmaps, and cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance the mortgage loan process for our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational analysis to identify current capabilities, propose improvements, and drive implementation of prioritized opportunities.
  • Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.
  • Write, communicate, and validate requirements and user stories with business leaders using various approaches such as: cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, and class/entity relationship diagrams.
  • Work within an Agile framework, effectively contributing to Scrum or Kanban teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments, utilize outputs to mitigate risks, and determine optimal product delivery strategies.
  • Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by creating rigorous test plans throughout design and implementation phases while tracking results to ensure alignment with finalized requirements.
  • Perform additional related duties as required and assigned.
  • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values.


Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of JSON syntax (objects, arrays, key-value pairs) and various data types (strings, numbers, booleans, null).
  • Proficiency in JSON Schema for defining and validating JSON data structures to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Ability to manipulate JSON data (add, delete, modify elements) and reverse engineer outputs to generate inputs.
  • Strong skills in identifying issues in JSON data (invalid formats, missing fields) and implementing validation checks.
  • Expertise in navigating and manipulating nested JSON structures.
  • Effective error handling and debugging during JSON processing (e.g., parsing errors, API interactions).
  • Efficiency in handling large JSON datasets and writing optimized code for parsing and manipulating data.


Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Prior programming experience for understanding complex syntax confidently.
  • Experience with testing, including UI validation, writing test scripts, and collaborating with UAT analysts.
  • Knowledge of APIs.
