Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an experienced Technical PMO to join their team in New York, NY!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee ERP and technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with business units, technology teams, and external vendors to define project goals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; maintain project documentation.
• Provide clear communication of project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report project status.
• Lead and support project teams, ensuring resource optimization and adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience in financial services.
• Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP, Onestream software).
• Bonus: Experience implementing Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
