Associate Attorney

Location: Tampa or St.Pete

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Small Yearly Bonus

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience in HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking law to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter , a strong communicator , and a people person —not an introvert. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development, networking, and contributing to the firm’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on transactional and general operational matters for condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ association clients.
• Conduct legal research, draft contracts, agreements, and governing documents.
• Handle client communications, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service.
• Collaborate with firm partners and train under the Orlando office’s leadership before taking on independent responsibilities.
• Assist in business development efforts and networking to help grow the office.
• Mentor and work alongside a junior associate who will be joining the team after graduating from Stetson Law School.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking law.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and drafting skills.
• Strong networking abilities and a desire to contribute to the firm’s growth.
• Ability to work mostly in-office , with hybrid flexibility available after the training period.
