Role Overview:
The Director of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract new customers and drive revenue growth. This position requires a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, digital marketing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling customer acquisition efforts, building effective marketing funnels, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Customer Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement data-driven, multi-channel customer acquisition strategies that maximize customer growth while minimizing acquisition costs.
- Lead Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation, testing, and optimization of paid media campaigns, inbound marketing efforts, and other customer acquisition channels to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs, refine targeting, and ensure the delivery of a seamless customer acquisition process from start to finish.
- Measure, Optimize, and Report: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns. Regularly report on key performance metrics and ROI.
- Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and segment target customer groups to deliver tailored acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build strong relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and vendors to enhance customer acquisition opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage customer acquisition budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in customer acquisition, growth marketing, or similar roles.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies across digital channels (e.g., paid search, social media, display, email).
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion funnels, and data analytics.
- Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
