Job Summary:

As an Assistant Construction Superintendent , you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day construction site operations and ensuring projects stay on schedule. Your leadership, subcontractor management, cost monitoring, and problem-solving skills will contribute to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to company safety rules, regulations, and policies
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate trade workers and subcontractors
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders to ensure compliance
• Oversee field installation using Shop and Spool Drawings
• Inspect work for quality and conformance with project specifications
• Implement predictive reporting, 5X5 audits, and pre-task plans
• Schedule material and equipment deliveries to align with project timelines
• Attend project meetings and provide detailed daily reports
• Train and mentor teammates to ensure a safe and productive work environment
• Provide recommendations for hiring, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical, administrative, and analytical skills
• Journeyman-level experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction management
• Supervisory experience in a construction environment
• In-depth knowledge of International Building Codes, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with technology , including laptops, tablets, smartphones, Microsoft Teams, Procore, and BIM software
• Ability to read and interpret project documents in English
