Restaurant R'evolution is a fast paced restaurant right in the middle of the French Quarter with high standards of execution in a luxurious environment. The Floor Manager is in charge of service on the floor, maintaining standard operating procedures to the highest degree, mentoring and coaching our FOH team as well as engaging with our BOH team to ensure proper communication for smooth service for all our guests. Training the team and ensuring everyone knows the menu and standards well and executes consistent high level service (with a strong attention to detail) is very important as well as interacting with all our guests.
