Electrical Project Manager

Location: Georgia

Base Salary: Up to $175,000

A Contractor that specializes in providing turnkey industrial contracting services, is well known for their excellence in mechanical systems, electrical installations, and plumbing. As Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of data center projects. You will be responsible for managing large scale electrical projects while ensuring projects are meeting quality standards and safety regulations. You will be a main point of contact between clients and stakeholders, communicating with field personnel and subcontractors on a daily basis to make sure projects are delivered efficiently in a timely manner. Organizational skills are essential as well as good technical knowledge in Data Center environments.

Duties:

• Coordinate with teams to establish and maintain project timelines.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct project meetings to provide updates and address client concerns.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, including cost analysis and performance metrics.
• Manage contract negotiations and relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing electrical projects - focus on data centers preferred.
• Experience leading project teams and managing cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and basic MS Office applications.
