Job Title: Electrical Senior Project Manager - Airport Experience

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-profile $30M+ electrical project at Fort Lauderdale Airport. This 32-month project requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in airport or aviation projects, including working with airport authorities and handling security clearances. Candidates with experience in water treatment plant projects are also encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the electrical project, ensuring it remains on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Executive and project team to implement strategies and ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet regulatory and project requirements.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status and progress.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle promptly and efficiently.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Senior Project Manager or similar role.
  • Prior experience managing airport or aviation projects, including familiarity with airport authorities and obtaining clearances.
  • Experience with projects valued at $30M+ preferred.
  • Candidates with water treatment plant project experience will also be considered.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on project execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Job stability and a demonstrated history of successfully completed projects are required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Local candidates are preferred, but relocation support is available for the right candidate.


Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000-$120,000+ , depending on experience.
