We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the Louisville area.
This family-oriented business values work-life balance, fosters career development, and encourages growth across multiple divisions.

What You’ll Do:
- Estimate and bid on a variety of projects, from underground utilities to heavy civil and parks/streetscape work.
- Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure accurate takeoffs and timely, quality project delivery.
- Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring that they align with the company’s standards for safety and efficiency.
- Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project operations.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of estimating experience (civil construction background preferred, but not required).
- A background in construction management or field experience is highly valued—especially if you have hands-on knowledge of grade drainage, dirt moving, and pipe work.
- A passion for tackling challenging projects and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Field experience is a huge plus!
