The Encompass Group is working with a reputable engineering firm located in the Boca Raton area looking to add a Professional Land Surveyor to their team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our projects by delivering accurate land surveys, boundary determinations, and topographical data.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed land surveys using tools such as GPS, total stations, and drones.
• Research historical maps, deeds, and legal records to verify survey data.
• Create reports, maps, and diagrams that detail survey findings.
• Work with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide essential land data.
• Assist in site development, infrastructure planning, and environmental impact assessments.
• Utilize CAD tools to prepare detailed maps and plans.

Qualifications:

• State of Florida PLS or PSM License required.
• Proficiency in surveying tools, software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS), and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of boundary law, land development, and construction practices.
