Job Description

Grow your career as a Transaction Manager with an innovative global bank in New Castle, DE. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Will be an intermediate Corporate Trust level position for the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. Will also assist in implementing, maintaining new, and existing transactions. Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience (e.g. operations, transaction management, product management).
  • Loan/Lending facility operational background.
  • Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with clients.
  • Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Aviation experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of capital markets transactions including but not limited to Aviation loan facilities/ABS Aircraft Securitizations.
  • Support transaction managers in managing high volume New Loan Draws/Funding/Amortization/Prepayments/Interest Payments/Commitment Fees/Amendments to Credit and Security Agreements.
  • Manage Lender Waiver Requests & Ongoing communication with the Aviation Banking Team, Delaware Loan Ops and TM on both new and existing facilities.
  • Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions, including posting documents to Debt Domain.
  • Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant rate reset notices.
  • Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to the company.
  • Assist with management of document custody request of releases.
  • Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions.
  • Adhere to the company’s Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing and deal maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients.
