As they continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple residential projects from inception to completion.
Job Summary:
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing residential construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and enforce safety and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to address project challenges and implement solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Track project costs and financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience managing high-end residential projects in Miami or similar markets.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
