Russell Tobin is working with a leading AEC firm to continue to grow their team! This opportunity is a great chance to to work with a dynamic team to design, assess, rehabilitate, and expand water, sewer, stormwater, and chemical conveyance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design: Develop engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for conveyance systems, storage tanks, pump stations, and treatment plants. Utilize hydraulic modeling for system analysis.
- Inspection & Assessment: Conduct inspections, assess system conditions, and recommend rehabilitation or replacement strategies. Apply trenchless construction methods.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure designs meet federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee permitting and coordinate with city departments.
- Client & Business Development: Support proposal development, meet with clients to assess project needs, and enhance firm visibility through conferences and technical papers.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers, contribute to technical knowledge, and oversee project work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- PE license.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CADD, hydraulic modeling, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
