We’re looking for an experienced Benefits Manager for a multi-state company to help design and manage benefit programs that truly make a difference for employees. This role will lead the charge in shaping a strategy that ensures competitive, creative, and well-executed benefits while aligning with business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and managing benefit programs that attract, support, and retain top talent.
• Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate, negotiate, and deliver meaningful benefit solutions.
• Using data and industry insights to inform decisions, enhance offerings, and keep programs competitive
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a culture of fairness and inclusivity.
• Leading communication efforts to make sure employees understand and value the benefits available to them.
