Pride Health is hiring a Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services Associate I to support our client’s medical facility in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 12 weeks contract position and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services Associate I to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, 3rd shift position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced lab environment, supporting the collection, processing, and shipment of patient samples. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys working with a team to ensure high-quality lab operations, this could be the right role for you!

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for processing samples, packing specimens, and ensuring proper shipping. Physical stamina is required as the role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs. A cart is provided for ease of movement when handling samples.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and prepare patient samples for shipment.
• Ensure proper packaging of samples for delivery.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment, requiring standing and walking for most of the shift.
• Lift up to 20 lbs. (cart available for transporting samples).
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to pass required vaccinations (TB, Hep-B titer, etc.).

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Job Type: 12 weeks Contract
• Shifts: 3rd Shift (3:00 AM - 11:30 AM)
• Pay Range : $700-$800 Weekly

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
