Pride Health is hiring a Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services Associate to support our client’s medical facility in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 12-week contract position and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services Associate I to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll be responsible for collecting, packing, and shipping samples. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on their feet, lifting up to 20 lbs, and moving samples using carts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing sample collection, packing, and shipping.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, while handling and moving samples.
- Lift up to 20 lbs and move samples on carts as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in sample handling.
- Follow all safety and protocol guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Vaccinations required: Hepatitis B (titer will be run; vaccination available if needed), TB, Flu, Varicella, and COVID-19.
- Prior experience in laboratory or sample handling environments is preferred.

- Job Type: 12 weeks Contract
- Shifts: 3rd shift (3:00 AM - 11:30 AM, Mon – Fri)
- Pay Range : $700-$800 Weekly
