We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will support HR operations, manage employee records, assist with recruitment, ensure compliance, and provide administrative support to the Regional HR Manager. Your contributions will help maintain efficient HR processes and compliance within the department.
Key responsibilities include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and new hire orientation, addressing employee inquiries, supporting training initiatives, and participating in HR projects. You will also handle special tasks to improve policies and support community operations as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a professional Human Resources position required. Looking for someone with Medical/ Healthcare background. (Required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
