Position: Associate Attorney Real Estate Litigation

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with a strong background in litigation, specifically focusing on real estate disputes. This full-time, in-office role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in real estate litigation, including disputes related to contracts, property rights, construction defects, and landlord-tenant issues.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, from case initiation through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and develop effective case strategies for clients.
• Conduct legal research and stay informed on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate matters preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
