Job Summary :

As a Strategy Consultant, you will be an integral part of a high-performing, dynamic team delivering cutting-edge strategic solutions to our premier clients. You will work closely with senior consultants and client teams across diverse industries, supporting them in solving complex business challenges, driving transformation, and ensuring long-term success. Your role will involve developing actionable insights, building strategic frameworks, and presenting impactful recommendations that help shape the future of top-tier organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic decision-making and deliver actionable solutions for our high-profile clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client data to uncover insights and identify strategic opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and present high-quality, client-facing deliverables (e.g., presentations, reports, and strategic plans) tailored to the specific needs of top-tier companies.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Contribute to the creation of business cases, financial models, and strategic frameworks for the long-term planning of clients’ most critical business areas.
• Facilitate client workshops and presentations to align strategic initiatives, address key challenges, and drive successful execution of client strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest industry developments, trends, and best practices, bringing fresh insights and innovative solutions to client engagements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement business transformation strategies, market-entry plans, or digital initiatives for clients.
• Assist with managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, case studies, and thought leadership on emerging trends.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a top-tier firm.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure, client-facing environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Creative and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and develop actionable strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and engage with senior clients and internal teams.
