Dorough & Dorough, LLC, a boutique real-estate and community association law firm located in downtown Decatur, is looking for a transactional attorney to join its real estate and development team. The position includes handling matters related to commercial transactions, including preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, easements and similar real property agreements, and review and resolution of title and survey issues. The position also includes drafting restrictive covenants for single family, townhome, mixed-use, master planned and condominium projects, and other agreements related to the operation and management of mandatory membership owners associations and assisting clients with all aspects of operating these owners associations during the development and sales process. 

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized person. Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred. Candidates must be active members of the State Bar of Georgia.
