Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, optimize, and document queries for data analysis and reporting tasks to ensure reuse and meet stakeholder needs
• Identify and fix data issues (e.g., missing values, outliers, duplicates, inconsistencies) and clean and preprocess raw data for accuracy and consistency
• Use Excel and PeopleSoft to prepare, analyze, and transform data; conduct statistical analyses; and create reports to highlight trends and insights
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to both non-technical and technical stakeholders using tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Continuously monitor and implement data validation checks, manage data quality, metadata, and master data, and perform data mapping and analysis
• Document findings, provide recommendations, and develop data architecture artifacts to enhance current and future data operating models
• Lift 40 lbs. during the day for product measurements and moving product about the warehouse
• Pay attention to detail and readily convert units of measure
Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Preferably, an associate's or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint
• Strong expertise in data analysis, data architecture, and data services development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively collaborating with various stakeholders
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills with good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
