Role: Engineer - Automation (Senior Level)

Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite)

The Top 3 must have:

• OSI PI Historian /PI Vision/PI Connectors.
• Experience working with UA Expert, OPC UA, OPC DA and OPC AE Simulators.
• SQL Data Base Queries.

8 plus years’ experience

Member of integrated project team. Taking direction from project lead:

• Generate project documentation for requirements and testing.
• Deploy and customize existing software library elements per project requirements.
• Perform engineering tests & protocol shakedown.
• Perform formal verification testing.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to process equipment hardware and software.

Candidates must have experience with system design using:

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience working with:

• OSI PI Historian /PI Vision/PI Connectors.
• Experience working with UA Expert, OPC UA, OPC DA and OPC AE Simulators.
• Experience Working with Rockwell PLC.
• Experience creating complex Macros in Excel.
• SQL Data Base Queries.
• Experience Building Regular Expressions.
• Experience with Python Programming.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed Work Instructions and verification protocols.
• Experience With S88.
• Experience with the GAMP 5 V-Model documentation.
