Manufacturing Manager
JETCOOL Technologies is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the daily production activities of Jetcool’s industry leading direct to chip liquid cooling solutions. Servicing this expanding industry, Jetcool’s manufacturing focus is to meet all shipment demands and support the prototype to volume production introduction of Jetcool’s portfolio of new products. Strong preference will be given to those with a proven track record supporting the scale-up new products utilizing global supply chains.

Duties/Responsibilities:
? Working in collaboration with Production, Materials, Quality, Process Engineering, and external value-add partners, ensure production is scheduled, staffed and on time to meet all shipment requirements.
? Working with Documentation Control to ensure up to date and approved assembly, test and
quality documents are on the production floor at all times.
? Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production schedules, ensure they are aligned with build and shipment requirements.
? Working in collaboration with Quality, maintain visibility to process and product quality with the goal of achieving zero defects.
? Working with Materials, ensure work orders are dropped to production on time, are complete
and all inventory is accounted for, pre and post work order completion.
? Work collaboratively with Engineering and Technical Program Management during and through to completion, the build of prototypes in support of new product introduction programs.
? Provide mentorship, guidance and leadership to the production team
Required Skills/Abilities:
? Demonstrated experience leading the production scale-up of fluid-mechanical systems.
? Experience implementing production floor KPI’s and management dashboards.
? Experience building production capacity models accounting for process times, cycle times,
yields and headcount needs.
? Deep experience working with and managing with the aid of ERP and PLM systems.
? Demonstrated experience working in a highly dynamic NPI environment overseeing the build of early stage prototypes through maturation to steady state volume production.
? Experience working with global value-add and contract manufacturing suppliers. Comfortable
being a point of contact working with external partners.
? Demonstrated skill at hiring and developing production workers to be self-directed and
responsible for daily throughput and quality.
? Ensure employee work environment is safe at all times.
Education and Experience:
? 4-year college degree, masters preferred
? Minimum of 7-10 years relevant industry experience, particularly in high volume environments
? Experience managing production environments through timely and accurate data
? Experience working with PLM, ERP and QMS systems. Preference given to those with Agile PLM and Netsuite ERP experience
